PS: SORRY FOR COMPLETELY MISSING THE UNOVA STARTERS! I had to make this tier list myself, so it's not perfect. I give them B Tier, their designs are cool but they're not as strong as the other starters and Samurott should be dual type, maybe fighting or steel as well as water!
