Welcome to ToximaeTTV, I’m your host Toximae and one of my favorite things to do n Pokemon Scarlet and Violet is hunt specially marked shiny Pokemon. Typically I aim for a 1/17 Personality Mark on a shiny, but today I’m here to do something that I’ve only ever stumbled into before. I’m going to use the Black Shinies Outbreak Event and hunt a Shiny Fraxure with the Rare Mark on it. This is the video that broke me. This is The Fraxuring. I hope you enjoy.
