Naw king shuckle is S+
I wouldve put Bayleef higher due to access to Dual Screens while having acceptable bulk. Feraligatr is great but most of its strengths are decently covered by Quagsire early and by Suicune later.
Also about the weird lineup of Pokemon: Gen 3 was not backwards compatible with the prior Generations, so "Gotta Catch Em All" became pretty much impossible on release. Firered and Leafgreen covered most of the lost Pokemon and made them accessable while Colosseum was specifically made to make Gen 2 Pokemon available.
I think i know the reason of some choices. When the game first launched, you just had pokemon from ruby and saphire, there was no fire red. Being able to catch 2nd gen pokemon was great, and some of them were not so used because of their timing in 2nd gen in a normal playthrough. Think of them as exclusive pokemon.
Rioku is an interesting way to pronounce it.
