  1. I usually listen on Pandora but I've been commenting here, since this video was uploaded sooner than normal I was able to watch the vod.

  2. I have wanted a medieval Pokemon game where you wield honedge and bronzor as a sword and shield forever. Maybe it's a time before pokeballs so Pokemon just bond to people, and decide to fight together. there could be like a forced bond the evil team uses.
imagine fighting a hydreigon or a pack of lycanroc…
    Zeldemon

  3. This was a really hard one as Gen 6 has a lot of at least passable Pokémon imo but here is my list

    Top 5 Gen 6 Pokémon
Greninja – it is one of my all time favorite Pokémon and has an amazing shiny. My anime bias for it is strong but even without it I believe this is still a top tier Pokémon.

Noivern – just a cool Pokémon. Nothing really else to add.

Trevenant – I love both it and its pre-evolution. Both have phenomenal shinies too. Phantump shiny has the same color scheme as Danny Phantom which I like to believe is intentional and is forever named Danny Phantump in my mind Trevenant's shiny of hollow white and fall colored leaves really add to its dying tree theme while emphasizing its haunting presentation.

Aurorus – the most majestic and elegant fossil Pokémon and a refreshing addition to the more predator and tough looking fossils of previous generations

Talonflame – really glad they gave a non-Charizard and legendary Pokémon this cool typing and having it not be a downgrade but actually the stand out of its typing group. It's fierce look differentiates it from the more majestic Ho-Oh and Moltres.

    Bottom 5 Gen 6 Pokémon:
Quilladin – the ugliest Pokémon to grace a starter line. Chespin is cute. Chesnaught is cool. Quilladin makes me wish they weren't starters and just a two stage so could be spared from being related to this thing.

Female Pyroar – it looks like if male Pyroar had its main shaved and had it replaced with red Toothpaste that was poured along its head and back.

Avalugg – the most useless table in history because at least a regular table wouldn't melt when I place my cup of coffee on top of it.

Slurpuff – the most disgusting looking food Pokémon we've had so far. I'd rather eat Garbordar over this.

Diggersby – this thing looks like it took whatever Popeye the Sailor man takes for his abnormal arms and the effects only reached its ears. If Pokémon ever did a PSA for don't do Pokerus then the Pokémon that they'd use as an example in the promotional material would be Diggersby and point at its abnormal buff ears.

Poke Opinion: My favorite Pokémon type is Fire and would love to be a Fire type gym leader. If I'm allowed a multi regional team then my team would be Houndoom, Torkoal, Volcarona, Talonflame and Ceruledge assuming I am the 8th badge gym leader with a team of 5. My ace would be Ceruledge but if I am allowed a starter Pokémon then Charizard would replace Houndoom and be my ace. My profession would be the same as Larry's. An overworked corporate slave.

  4. Since I’m an English teacher as my day job, I guess that I would be a normal type gym leader. This fits because Lickitung is my favorite Pokemon. I would round out the team with a Snorlax and Blissey. Snorlax to get any food that the students leave behind in my classroom, and Blissey to make the students feel better after my feedback on their essays made them cry.

But at night, I would channel my inner Professor Kukui. I would don a mask and run the dark type gym in the back room of the gas station by the interstate where illegal gambling takes place. My team there would consist of an Umbreon and Mandibuzz. Why? Because I’m a dirty Go player and both are considered extremely bulky Pokemon in GBL.

    Keep up the great work!

  5. What's good in the Pucl Hood? I have been listen to this podcast ever since 2023, and knew this was the right podcast for me after Sublime got a Pokedex entire for one of my favorite Pokemon right. Speaking of which, I was so mad that none of you mention Aipom on the top five episode for normal types, but that is another tale for another time. Okay top five time. Number one has to be Greninja, because I absolutely love The Teenage Muntan Ninja Turtles when I was Little, and Ash Greninja was such a awesome Pokemon as well. I hope we get it in PLZA, but I fear that is just as likely as Ultra Nercrazma being unlocked, but I have hope. Number 2 has to be Angeslash, Three being Norvern, four being Mega Venusaur(# justice for Weedasaur! I mean Venusaur) and five has to be the Zygarded. I know this probably don't count, but I really like Norse mythology, so it here. For bottom has to be the second and final stages for both Cyndiquill and Fenican, because they were such a late down compared to Greninja. And for the last spot probably has to go to mega Alakazam, because why does anyone need that many spoons? Thanks for Reading, and hope you have a great week. The Anti Herm Society. (P.S. have any of you guys read the Inheritance Cycle by Christopher Paloni? If so what was your favorite book?)
