As a pure fighting type Pokémon, Shadow Throh has three weaknesses: psychic types, fairy types, and flying types. Below are a few recommended counters for each of Shadow Sawk’s three weaknesses:
Psychic types: Shadow Mewtwo (recommended), Shadow Alakazam, Mega Alakazam, Mega Medicham, Espeon.
Fairy types: Enamorus, Mega Gardevoir, Shadow Gardevoir, Sylveon, Togekiss, Shadow Granbull, Xerneas with Geomancy.
Flying types: Mega Rayquaza, Mega Pidgeot, Shadow Pidgeot, Shadow Staraptor, Mega Aerodactyl, Shadow Moltres (with Sky Attack), Braviary, Shadow Articuno (with Hurricane).
If you don’t have the shadow version of those Pokémon, that’s ok! You can use the regular (non-shadow) versions too, they will just do a little less damage.
