Strategy: rain dance. heal cheer if you or supporter are low on HP. 1-2 liquidation. wait for your stats to reset. amnesia. 6x bulk up. charge tera orb with liquidation. rain dance. terastalize. liquidation to victory.
Pros: supereffective tera type matching base type, excellent HP stat, great attack and special defense stats, decent defense stat, resists flame charge and torch song. no weaknesses. amnesia buffs special defense 2 stages. bulk up buffs attack 1 stage and defense 1 stage. rain dance makes it rain for 4-5 turns, which halves damage from fire attacks (discouraging torch song and its special attack buffs) and boosts water attacks by 1.5x. liquidation has 85 base power, 100 accuracy, and deals supereffective STAB (tera-boosted when terastalized) damage. covert cloak prevents special defense debuffs from shadow ball (normally 20% chance).

I switch covert cloak with shell bell for Manaphy (didn’t want to die everytime) . The swampert build that I have , I think that was for an old rain,probs the infernape raid,maybe that’s why I kept dying with swampert because of shadow ball
