TL Brendan & Swellow 4/5 EX +8E (ユウキ&オオスバメ) solo Raikou LA VH [Pokemon Masters EX]

He finally got Raikou! I have been attempting this solo since before HSE took place but the combination of sure hit moves from Raikou and Ampharos as well as Para and the TM MPR hell really made this solo seem impossible. Requirements are: 2 TM MPR, no para since it hurts our flinch chain, and finally consistent flinches, especially on 2 sure hit discharge on Bar 2 and 3.
