Peyton LeFey’s TeaLocke Challenge for Pokemon Ultra Moon
1. Any Pokemon that Faints is considered dead and must be boxed in the “After(life)party” Box. Said Pokemon then needs to have a tombstone dedicated to them displayed on screen for the rest of the play through.
2. All Pokemon must be given nicknames.
3. Only the first Pokemon (of the allowed typings) that appears in a new area can be caught. This is the only encounter Peyton will have with a catchable Pokemon, so even if they flee from battle or faint the Pokemon, Peyton still cannot catch any other Pokemon on that route/area.
~ Main types are Ghost & Fairy ~ whichever of the 2 shows up first is what counts as the encounter.
For example: Ten Carrat Hill has Carbink, Mawile, and Sableye ~ whichever of the of those 3 possibilities appears first is what’s considered the encounter.
~ If neither Ghost or Fairy exists in the area, then whichever between Dark &/or Poison that shows up is the encounter.
~ If none of those are available then the first of Dragon &/or Psychic will be the encounter.
~ If none of the above are available, well tough tits.
~ Does not matter if the only available first group option has already been caught (thus will be a duplicate) and options from the later groups are available, that first group option is the only encounter that Peyton can have in that area.
For example: Hau’oli Cemetery has Drifloon, Gastly, Litwick, Murkrow, and Zubat. It doesn’t matter if a Murkrow or Zubat show up, since Ghost options are available. They cannot be counted as an encounter, and this cannot be caught.
4. Cannot have more than one of the same second type outside of the T Party Typings on the team at the same time.
For example: if Peyton has a Drifloon (ghost/flying) then they cannot have a Noivern (dragon/flying), though would still be allowed to have a Litwick (ghost/fire).
5. Pokémon that have yet to evolve into that type may be caught but must be evolved as soon as possible.
For example: Snorut, so long as it is evolved into Froslass.
6. Starter Pokemon will be decided based on the last number of the trainer ID: If it is even, then Rowlet will be selected. If it is odd, then Poplio will be selected.
7. Pokemon introduced in this generation get team priority, this includes regional variants (even if it’s only the latter evolution is the variant, such as Cubone/Marowak). An exception will be made if there’s a duplicate Pokemon in general (like two Cutiefly’s, only one be needed to add to the team).
For example: If Peyton has caught a Cutiefly, Drifloon, Gastly, Litwick, Zubat, Flabébé, Oricorio, and Cottonee, They must have Cutiefly and Oricorio on the team.
In this example, neither Drifloon nor Zubat can be on the team since their secondary typing is flying, like Oricorio.
8. Pokemon that share the allowed typings get priority for being in the team. If Mimikyu and/or Alolan Grimer are caught, they must be on the team if they are not dead.
~ The other Pokemon lines who get priority are Gastly, Sableye, Ralts, Lunala, Poipole, and Dragalge.
9. No experience share after a team member has reached the Lv Cap of the next-next challenge and limited Pokemon Refresh. Exp share may be allowed in the case of a new team member being added, but only for a few levels.
10. If a Pokemon dies during a trial, then the Z-crystal from it cannot be used for the rest of the playthrough.
