RULES:
1. I can only use my starter in battle. Other Pokémon can be obtained for HMs ONLY.
2. No items in battle.
3. No glitches or exploits (badge boost is the exception due to the faulty programming of Red/ Blue).
4. No Double Team TM until level 100. Pokémon that learn the move naturally get an exception (new as of 6/18/23).
What is the Badge Boost Glitch?
When you collect odd numbered badges the game boosts a stat by 12.5%. Brock gives attack, Surge gives defense, Koga gives speed, and Blaine gives special. When any of your stats are modified, even if your opponent uses a move to modify your stats like Growl, the badge boosts are re-applied. So If you use Swords Dance, you also gain an additional 12.5% in Speed/Defense/Special (on top of the 12.5% you were supposed to be getting). When you level up, the game corrects this error and recalculates your stats, and only the non-glitch 12.5% remains.

Hisuian Zoroark has a unique typing ,that gives it no weakness. The great moves and stats gives it the best combo to wrack Kanto. The tricky part in this run is the crit luck, for better and for worse.
It got some excellent results,with all things considered.
