I decided to take on the daunting task of shiny hunting not one, but two mythical Pokemon: Phione and Manaphy. Both of these mythical shiny hunts were a wild rollercoaster ride. Finding a shiny mythical Pokemon can range from rare to impossible. In the newer Pokemon games, most of the mythical Pokemon are shiny locked! Due to recent updates, Phione and Manaphy, two mythical pokemon that were notoriously hard or impossible to get shiny previously, became increasingly easier to shiny hunt. This video explains how I shiny hunted Phione and Manaphy (two mythical Pokemon), the different shiny hunting methods I used, and more.

But I have started egg hatching in the olive obstacle course thing from the gym challenge but it’s visually so boring I like your way better even if it was chaotic

I hate masuda method, lol. I wish I liked it more, but it's kind of boring. I just like soft reset and random grass encounter hunts more. Maybe I shouldn't be a hater, haha. 🤭 This behaviour won't find me shiny Unovan Yamask through eggs in Sword.
My first shiny Legendary was Terrakion in Sword. It took only 14 campsite resets!
My absolute DREAM SHINY mythical is for my 3rd favourite, Darkrai. But I don't have the event on BD/SP, and I don't have PoGo. I would hunt it in Platinum via Void Glitch or hacking in the event, but I don't have Pokemon Bank 😭
I would even give up my rarest shinies for a shiny Darkrai, like my shalpha Eevee in PLA, or my shiny female cloudy mark Salandit in Sword. But what could I do? 🤷♀️ It'd be nice to hunt Darkrai one day.

Honestly Great video love the persistence put into the grind for these two 💪💅 For the eggs this is why I stick hatching mesagoza and run around the type circle to make a fun game out of it by turning the tera type of the pokemon to what ever the egg hatchs on; As someone who also barley touched BDSP I'm right there with you on the grind Think I'm more insane by letting manaphy wait a while long while I shiny hunt all the Legendaries in BDSP before claiming so this video is great inspo especially for double hunt Phione with the alternating games approach! least your luck wont be wasted this week with all those shinies you found 🙌✨

Welcome to the living 'dex club! If you're brain is going crazy trying to track them all, I suggest Austin John Plays' Google sheets (he has them for a living gender dex and another with all the currently legit shinies to track) since it tells you exactly what boxes to put them in in HOME and stuff to track them easier. And didn't realize it's 1/512 for foreign ditto + shiny charm! Def. going to be breeding for the Phione now! Great video!
