This video shows the Pokémon move “Psych Up” animation for Generations 2 to 9 against poor Magikarp. This Normal-type move can be learned using TM09 (Generation 2), TM77 (Gen 4 to 7, and in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl), or TM203 (Pokémon Scarlet and Violet).
