I think I saw a three hiding place once many years ago.
Kind of random to have Raikou appear in this EP, it doesn't even get it's own movie unlike the other two Legendary Beasts do. It does have a 3 part special called The Legend of Thunder in Pokemon Chronicles which features the game protagonists from Gold, Silver & Crystal plus a character that is important in the Johto League specifically.
