RULES:
1. I can only use my starter in battle. Other Pokémon can be obtained for HMs ONLY.
2. No items in battle.
3. No major glitches or exploits (I don’t know of any in Generation 5 so….).
4. No Double Team TM until level 100. Pokémon that learn the move naturally get an exception (new as of 6/18/23).
5. Game is played at 4x Speed.
6. I save between Elite 4 members in Gen 5 runs.
7. If an HM user is Roared or Whirlwinded into battle, I can either have them faint, or I have to switch out.

Iirc, Bianca is the only one who has a Pokémon stolen by the evil team (don't know the three recent gens), next closest is the opposite gender assistant to Rowan where their dex is swiped after the first gym.
