Wow. Never would I hear that an evolved Pokemon is completely useless in later gens after it's debut, but it's pre-evolution has been doing good in Little Cup. What kind of " Monkey See, Monkey Doo " is this?

It lingered in borderline even if it should've dropped
After aipom was banned, I stopped playing LC pretty much.
My way to beat opposing aipom is my own aipom, or lots of priority moves.
I come back now and again, and players still forfeit when I kill one or two mons with a diglett sash lead when I don't use rocks but spam earthquake and stone edge
Ambipom is my favorite gen 4 pokemon and king rock gimmicks are fun. It just has no good coverage that makes use of its abilities. King rock sets in anything goes are nice
No fake out / last resort set???
The stupidest thing about Aipom getting Pickup and Run Away is that the only time you could use an Aipom pre-credits is in Colosseum… which has no wild battles, so your only use would be for pickup, which really isnt worth it in thise games, since you have really easy infinite money
Is it really still a 'one hit KO' if the move always hits five times?
As Ambipom fell, Aipom rose.
ambipom was so underrated i remember using it in gen 7 uu with silk scarf..it was the star of my team it's only that pokemon like mienshao are stronger. i remember using a 122 power stab return and with 361 speed outspeeding everything. SO UNDERRATED
You're gonna gloss over how in gen 3 one of Aipom's sets were a skarmbliss counter?
1:16 something about this sentence combined with the image of Farfetch'd jousting with his leek against Aipom gets me everytime.

Ambipom holds a special place in my heart due to that one time I was trolling showdown with a Fake Out + Return team and one poor unlucky soul switched a Dialga into a Low Kick.

I love the effect Tail Slap has on impact, it shows the staggering difference in power compared to Fury Swipes
Ambipom’s sad tiering case prooves it’s not always Gamefreak who screws Pokemon over. The Smogon heads sometimes are pretty braindead with how they assign Pokemon to certain tiers.
