11. So, i've got everything: The item, the pokémon, the weather conditions and the location. My Shaymin is compatible of changing forms, but it says ''Now is not the time for that'' the whole time. I don't understand why this is so.

13. You don’t have to be in the field to change forms. It just has to be day.
    To change it back, put it in the pasture and take it out
