15. Nidoking was so useful in those early games. Unlike Butterfree and Beedrill, he didn’t bottom out later in the game after you got him early in the game.

16. God going back at this video again, damn I miss Gen 3 Nidoking sprite, since FR/LG is the game that first introduced me to Nidoking. All with that big back spikes and sharper and intimidating look.

    Unfortunately, throughout later games, his design just becomes softer and rounder which wouldn't surprise me at all if Nidoking is just a straight up ball shape in any future games.
