I think the Luvdisc evo actually is the evo of Luvdisc. They can't make a pokemon look THAT similar to Luvdisc and not have it have any relation to it. The same maybe true with this tauros evolution. The only problem with the Tauros evo is that if Tauros gets an evolution, Miltank has to as well considering they are counterparts.

@TheExtremeToad Rebecca Black is an awesome girl, this is a bogus video claiming to exhibit a battle between a Tauros and a Baffuron. While I do think the 3D Pokemon visuals are near…I still have to ask, where's the Tauros?

Pretty sure it's a piece of soundtrack from the anime, it's often heard at the end of an episode when Team Rocket are about to be defeated. Think it was mainly used in Pokemon Advanced but might be in other seasons too.
