What If PRIMARINA Was In Gen 1 OU?

   Would be the Hypno move set if it drops Hypnosis. But then you're relying on ParaFlinch and that's inconsistent. So it'd be Rest over Headbutt imo

   Primarina came out of this about what I'd expect. A pretty reasonable Pokémon with Amnesia that's held back by being slow and slightly frail on the Physical side.
   It allows for counter play and revenge killing.

   Surf
   Psychic
   Ice Beam
   Amnesia

   And just using it as a Para abuser late game would make sense. Much like Slowbro, but you can afford 3 moves.

6. There is an argument for rest for use against Slowbro. Slowbro only has so much surf PP. Something like Rest, Amnesia, Ice Beam, and Psychic for a special wall Primarina.

   That said it is probably best as a late game setup sweeper similar to how you have it built.

7. Considering that Lapras is in BL – I can't imagine Primarina – who is kind of like Slowbro and Lapras's child – being allowed in UU with Amnesia. I have no idea if Primarina would be in OU, but 100% would be in UUBL if not.

   Only thing I have to add – she also learns Sing.
