SUCCESS – Square shiny Beldum hunt in Pokémon Ruby & Sapphire (RNG Manipulation)

In the post game, you get a Level 5 Beldum in the post game of Pokémon Ruby from Steven after beating the Elite Four.

For some reason I completely forgot about the Beldum in my Ruby and Sapphire, so let’s hunt them both!

Due to this being an RNG Manipulation hunt, it’s not the usual process of soft resetting until I get lucky. I deduced my trainer ID and secret ID mathematically by using the guide found on smogon’s website. This means that should I input these values into a RNG program like Pokéfinder, I am able to guess with absolute precision what kind of Pokémon will be generated on each frame.

No Action Replay or any other cheating software is used. The only software used are the complementary help tools (Eontimer, and Pokéfinder).

The streaming software used is OBS. I record footage using a Dazzle.
