1. My 4090 had bad coil whine when new, about a week of use later the sound completely disappeared 🤷‍♂️

3. no is not 100% random, depends on how are packaged the inductors, some create more vibration sound than others.

4. my 5090 does have coil whine i spread thermal putty on everything and the whine got reduced by one third but what could i do to make it better
