In this video I show you the location for Ralts in Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet. I give you some advice on how to catch Ralts, too, though it is not a Ghost type Pokémon so you can use False Swipe to bring its HP down to 1 hp. You can also consider using Thunder Wave to paralyze Ralts, as a status condition makes it easier to capture. Lastly, the level of Ralts is rather low and so throwing a couple Poké Balls at it should be enough.
