They are brother and sister so I don’t think they would fight each other 😛 But if they did I would say depends on their move sets

Honestly, Latios has more powerful moves than Latias does but she has more healing and strategic moves to possibly prevent attacks from her brother. The battle would either end as a tie or one of the two siblings got a critical hit on the other and defeated her/him.
