  1. I realized too late that the Sakai armor showcased is in reference to Kratos from God of War, sorry about that.
    The armor is still very much fantasy, they had no way of making armor in that way during that time, but it looks totally badass (with or without the chains)

  4. Remember the games media calling this game racist for existing from western devs, while being correct as they could manage without saying they were.
    Now they are praising the absolute filth of AC Shadows made by western devs who said it would be accurate and got almost nothing correct.

  5. I am so glad that I wasn't the only one that thought the shoulder plates in the game were a little too high up.
    Because aside from the fact that it ends up clipping through the helmet a lot of the time, it doesn't really protect the elbow from getting cut.

    On another note, Shimura's armor doesn't have that issue and is more appropriately positioned so I was wondering to myself why that couldn't be the case for the Clan Armor and the Gosaku Armor.

  7. That's what I always said. Like in any kind of warfare even in a game. If you see a guy wearing bright colored armor that means he's either a decoy or he's very dangerous. So it's 50-50 if he's harmless or he's going to kill you. 🤣🤣

I tought the stealth was bellow average, the writing weak (sometimes even awful) and the forced stealth in some mission was horrible… But the level design is beautiful (apart of biome borders, they seemed really weird), voice acting is nice, some cutscenes were super epic and combat was really really fun! In this day and age i would give it 7,5/10

    UBIソフトも最初からオリジナルファンタジーですと言っていれば、我々日本人も怒らなかったのに。あ、でも侮蔑的描写も多いか。

  30. Something i realized that makes me sad: the samurai clan armor you said "looks like childrens armor". Well, her children werent super young, maybe 17/18/19, but that armor was made for lady Masako's son. It was made for her child and he will never get to wear it, so she passes it to you. In a way, it is made for a child.

  31. 9:05 at least say that this is just a skin for the armor ( god of war game, think should be kratos or so) and not like a armor set or so. the normal one was black and no chains or these buffalo or what ever horns. it where deer horns. i never used that skin for the sakai clan armor ingame. looks stupid to me xD

  32. I like that the historical inaccuracies come across as fanfare rather than disrespectful. Your excitement when looking at the endgame armour was infectious! Each tidbit I learn about this game just makes me more impressed.

    And if so, what do they think of this videogame,
    are they okay with it, do they think this is disrespectful of their ancestor…

  36. Please more videos about games that respect Japan. It's giving hope that not everything is lost.

    Videos about AC Shadows are entertainig but they are almost shameful to watch and see how these people didn't care at all making that game.

    同丸は偉大だ！絶対的に動きやすい！うちの本家にも古い同丸と大脇差があります！
    そしてもう１つだけ言えるのは弓を多用する侍はあまり鎧を好まなかった。なぜなら腕の可動域が制限されて弓が上手く扱えなかったから。
