1. Exeggutor is A-Tier or S-Tier. If you get it in your second turn, the game is often over. And with 160 HP it helps in many matchups (M2 Gyarados).
   Also its a perfect "teampartner" for every grass or normal-pokemon that needs a lot of energy.
   Celebi on the other hand is only good with serperior I think (so only A imo). But we will see…
