• Role: Lead
• Strategy: Shadow Claw provides great fast-move pressure and fast energy gain. Night Slash is spammy and has a chance to boost Attack, while Close Combat can nuke Steel, Rock, and Normal-types, making Zangoose a dangerous lead.
🐉 Goodra
• Fast Move: Dragon Breath
• Charged Moves: Aqua Tail & Thunder Punch
• Role: Safe Switch
• Strategy: Dragon Breath deals steady fast-move damage, while Aqua Tail provides quick Water-type coverage against Fire, Rock, and Ground-types. Thunder Punch helps handle Flying- and Water-types, making Goodra a well-rounded mid-game option.
⚡ Morpeko
• Fast Move: Thunder Shock
• Charged Moves: Aura Wheel & Psychic Fangs
• Role: Closer
• Strategy: Thunder Shock charges energy quickly, allowing Morpeko to pressure opponents with Aura Wheel for Electric damage. Psychic Fangs debuffs the opponent’s Defense, making it a great move to soften up bulkier Pokémon for Goodra or Zangoose to clean up.
