How to easily get Tropius in pokemon Black 2 & White 2

Tropius can only be found on Route 18.
It has 10% Encounter Rate, but if the use the Repel Trick with a Lv.58 Pokemon, it goes up to 25%.
Tropius has 27.97% Catch Rate.
