1. 11:50 When this happens to me I do a few extra battles to make sure the EV stat is at 255 then use a berry to reduce it by 10 and fix it by counting again from 245. I usually do vitamins first, the stat with 4 EVs second and the 252s third

2. I’ve started the post game journey because of your channel and I just started the sceptile Bill because I noticed it on one of your last videos. But I have to say so far lapis is the king of the post game in my opinion.

3. Key Kevin! Sceptile is so cool, nice idea building one for Battle Frontier. I have to ask though. Are perfect IVs mandatory for the Battle Frontier (gold badges)? Aren't the EVs enough?

8. These videos got me back into gen 3! While I'm not going to shell out that much money for legitimate physical copies, I have been playing Emerald Cross. It's more or less a quality-of-life rom hack of Emerald that fixes glitches and makes the gameplay experience more approachable, to me at least 🙂

9. Do you believe you can beat emerald battle frontier gold medals, with any pokemon? Or do you absolutely need latios?

10. So funny, I was watching this channel a year ago doing Gold symbols alongside you. I got Palace/Dome, took a break, and came back a month ago to see through your own journey you've landed on Gengar, Metagross, and Sceptile. I had very similar team pairings with those 3! All with really similar sets, except my Sceptile is Leaf Blade / Leech Seed / Detect / and I was lucky enough to get HP Ice (67) otherwise I'd have Thunderpunch. Really recommend one with Leech Seed – it's great for annoying Blissey/Kingdras and setting up others to 1v1 at the end. Gengar/Metagross core is so good for every facility. My last pokemon I swapped in/out were Kingdra (instead of Milotic) and Flareon!

    The vibes have only gotten better after a year dude great content!

12. Great video, I run Timid and leech seed instead of dragon claw. Great as a parting gift for something too strong for Sceptile and almost always guaranteed to move first with speed EV’s. Can really turn the tide!

14. If you build a Venusaur for leech seed, breed for HP fire. That gives you good coverage against other grasses, steels, bugs, and ice.

15. That build for sceptile is probably best for frontier. I think the subseed set does a lot better for multiplayer. Would be cool for you to get the medals with one of each of your favorite starter

16. Great choice my sceptile is timid with leafblade,leech seed, protect and toxik. Left over.

18. Ooh I remember building a Sceptile just like this one last summer except I gave it the Scope Lens to really boost those Leaf Blades. Definitely an underrated Frontier Pokémon with an amazing post game special move pool

20. I soft reset for a shiny treecko but it had a relaxed nature (+DEF -Speed) so I put some EVs into Def/HP instead of speed. It’s not great at the frontier but I use it for false swiping wild Pokémon and helping to level weaker mons. Such a cool shiny with the teal & red
