So imma be for real. For concept wise, Rhydon was the first pokemon to be ever created. But in lore wise, it's arceus- i mean ARKOOS. I mean come on, do i need to explain why?
The fossil mons like Omynite couldve been the first pokemon to appear on the planet, except a lot of modern Pokémon would've been around like Rhyhorn, the bug types, and crocodile like pokemon like Krookodile and Feraligatr
So mew has multiple claims to first Pokémon
