Im not native but im a punk and the vibe that i get from the dancing people in this video feel similar to the pogo where we all come together and dance (dancing in that case means pushing each other around to the beat of the mucic) it looks super violent for people who dont know but its actually so social like if somebody falls down there are at least 3 people who will get you back on your feet and then they ask if you are okay if the answer is yes we pusch you back into the pogo if the answer is no the whole concert stops and that person gets out with some people looking out for them
